Tangleo and Kiwi Salad
- 3 medium tangelos, juiced
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp Orange Spice Bay Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Lavender Infused Honey
- 3 medium tangelos, divided into individual sections
- 2 kiwifruit, sliced
- Fresh mint for garnish
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the juice of 3 tangelos, lemon juice and honey. Add the tangelo sections and kiwi slices. Stir to cover the fruit and refrigerate for a few hours.
- To serve, divide the fruit among four serving dishes. Pour the tangelo juice mixture over the fruit and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
