Rosemary-Mustard Grilling Marinade
- 1 cup Rosemary Red Wine Vinegar
- 1/3 cup Rosemary & Thyme Infused Oil
- 3 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 large clove garlic, minced fine
- 3 - 4 Tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- Freshly ground pepper, to taste
- This works great on chicken! Marinate chicken (skinless breasts or other pieces) for at least an hour in the fridge. Grill chicken, brushing frequently with remaining marinade.
