Herbed Summer Squash with Oregano Butter
- 2 zucchini squash, thinly sliced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 2 Tbsp Rosemary & Thyme Infused Oil
- 1 cup onions, chopped
- 3 Tbsp Oregano & Garlic Butter
- Toss zucchini with salt and pepper. Then, heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté onions until soft. Add the zucchini. Stir constantly until the edges are slightly browned.
- Remove from heat and toss with oregano butter.
