Herbed Balsamic Honey Marinade
- 1/2 cup dry sherry wine
- 1/2 cup Blueberry & Basil Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp cinnamon
- pinch onion powder
- pinch garlic powder
- extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup Lemon Balm Infused Honey
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- Mix together wine, vinegar, cinnamon, onion powder and garlic powder in a cup or bowl.
- Place meat or vegetable you want to marinate in a re-sealable bag and pour marinade in. Let this sit in refrigerator at least an hour, flipping once halfway through.
