- 6 medium red onions, peeled
- 4 Tbsp
- 5 Tbsp Pomegranate & Fennel Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp fresh tarragon, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Place onions in a baking dish. Sprinkle them with oil, vinegar, tarragon, salt and pepper. Bake for 1-1/2 to 2 hours, or until they’re tender and lightly browned. Baste onions often with liquid from the dish as they bake.
